Biomedical Engineer
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Biomedical Engineer to join our research team. The main responsibilities include conducting biochemical assays, molecular cloning experiments, maintaining cell and bacterial cultures and cooperate with electronical engineer to develop laboratory equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in biomedical engineering and hands-on experience in laboratory procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Biochemical Assays: Design and perform various biochemical assays to support research projects.
- Molecular Cloning: Conduct molecular cloning experiments, including DNA/RNA extraction, PCR, and plasmid construction.
- Cell Culture: Maintain and manage mammalian cell cultures, ensuring optimal growth conditions and contamination prevention.
- Bacterial Culture: Handle bacterial cultures for experimental purposes, including growth, maintenance, and storage.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret experimental data, providing detailed reports and presentations to the research team.
- Lab Maintenance: Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and calibrated, adhering to safety standards.
